Harmony Counseling specializes in trauma treatment with a holistic treatment framework.
We use breath work, yoga, meditation, somatic awareness, nutritional education, as well as traditional cognitive and dialectical approaches.
We are looking for clinicians who are compassionate, kind, heart-centered, excellent communicators, and are curious and open to learning.
Counselors will assess, diagnose, treat and prevent mental illness and emotional and behavioral issues.
Counselors will be experienced using individual, group and/or family therapies.
Continuing education is paid for by employer and offered every other month.
Training in the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memory (RTM Protocol) is also offered to all full-time clinicians.
Harmony Counseling encourages a team-oriented learning community with group supervision bimonthly.
Hours are flexible, ranging from 10 hours per week to full time, with some evening hours needed.
We are looking to fill positions in our Troy and Albany, NY offices.
Salary is commensurate with experience, licensing and full or part time status, from $30-$40/hour, with benefits offered to full-time employees.
